...the issue of Rebecca's paternity is "one of the main questions" that drives the final four episodes, teases Schapker, who adds that there's a shocking twist involving Rebecca and Justin "that no one is going to see coming." In other words, the twist that we have seen coming all these months? It's bigger than that...
Question: You recently posted about one of the Walkers finding themselves at the "center of an intervention, of sorts." Any more hints as to whom this tidbit concerns? - Scott Ausiello: Let's just say that Justin, Sarah, Kitty, Kevin and Balthazar Getty find out about Nora's plans to pack up and move away with Isaac, and they're a wee bit worried. Ask Ausiello Ginny in New York: How about some love for Brothers & Sisters? Gladly! I'm hearing there will be a wedding at the end of this season! But not necessarily the most traditional kind as opposed to the commitment-ceremony-ish kind. Gee, did I give away which Walker it might be?... Watch with Kristin
Question: Give me something on Brothers & Sisters - preferably something extra scoopy. - Aidan Ausiello: Two significant, albeit recurring, characters will not be returning in the fall. Question: Are we really going to have to sit through a Rob Lowe presidency on Brothers & Sisters? - Gail Ausiello: Not if Crossing Jordan's Ken Howard has anything to say about it. He's just been cast as McCallister's chief rival for the Republican nomination, and let's just say he makes Robert an offer he might not be able to refuse. Ask Ausiello Season three is a go! That's what I'm hearing from sources on the set of ABC's addictive drama Brothers & Sisters: that it has been picked up for the 2008-09 TV season. And the best news? (Drumroll, please.) We get 27 episodes. Yes, an extra five whole hours of the best dang family around, the Walkers.
Oh, and speaking of that holy "W" moniker, I have a little inside intel on the upcoming storyline that will rock your world (at least it did mine!) when the show returns April 20. But before you read, heed this SPOILER ALERT! And don't read any further if you don't want to know...
From what I hear, producers are most definitely steaming up some kind of love connection between Rebecca "Walker" and Justin "Walker"...So clearly, one of those two gorgeous kids... is actually not biologically linked to William or Nora. And even better? You don't have to wait very long to find out. I'm told the bio line is answered definitively in one of the first three episodes back-and the chemistry can't be missed. All together now: Gaaaaah!
[Bonus: We know these two have real chemistry, since Emily VanCamp (Rebecca) and Dave Annable (Justin) were dating each other in real life until recently.]
From everything else I hear, there will be lots of good juice when B&S returns this season for all the Walkers, including a deep love affair for Nora (yay!), wedding bells for another Walker and a reappearance of William Walker in episode 16. Watch with Kristin
