Well, GH is the only one I'm watching now, but my favorite soap of all time was Another World.
Same goes for me. I'm only watching GH. I'm sort of keeping up with Y&R because of Adam, but there isn't a single current or potential couple that really gets my attention. Jack and Sharon are rather funny; that's about it. AW is my all-time fave, too, especially up to 1995 (the end of the Ryan/Vicky and Jake/Paulina era).

Once again, I watched Friday and Monday back to back. I FF a lot of both.

I *really* liked Patrick and Liz talking about parenthood. It was so good to see some meaningful interaction between him and someone other than Robin; the isolation of Scubs drives me nuts. It shouldn't be that way. Anyway, that was very well-written and acted. I loved Liz asking if he'd mentioned to Robin that he might be a good dad. IA- I think both Patrick and Robin are scared based on their life experiences.

Speaking of Scubs, I watched their argument, and it was well-done. I understand Robin's reservations, but I'm 100% with Patrick. He deserves a say and a chance. Robin may not have planned on Patrick being the father, but he is. Since that fact matters to Patrick, they do have to deal with what the situation actually is.

Is there a real point to this HnR story?? I thought maybe it would tie into TMK, but it didn't. Anyway, now Lucky knows that Liz thinks she did it.

So, Jason suspects Michael in Kate's shooting. That'll go over well when he tells Sonny. I am looking forward to the reactions of everyone when they find out about Michael. SB cracked me up with the way he deadpanned that Spin's tardiness was due to the effects of the chloroform.

Hopefully with Nik back in the hospital, we'll get some good Nikadine interaction. I feel cheated out of the non-rescue, even though I know Nik still needs to deal with Emily's death, and that's the focus right now. I really hope we get a good Nikadine story (and that Guza doesn't change his mind and head in another direction), but I'm afraid to get excited. Ian is definitley creepy where Nik is concerned; I don't trust him.

Oh, the "breaking news" about the NY governor really irritated me. Sure, it was breaking for NYers. The show probably should've been interrupted for them, but there was absolutely no need to break in for the rest of the country imo.
