I absolutely loved the levity that this eppy provided! You're right, Erin, it had a feeling of closure. I'm sure the writers were trying to create a minifinale in case it turned out to be the last of the season, and Robert winning Michigan and getting one step closer to the Republican nomination provided that kind of a feel.

Exactly, this would've worked for a season finale if it had to. I'm glad we'll get a few more episodes so we'll have a real one.

It seemed like the idea of this episode was to leave everyone in a pretty good place without massive loose ends.

The preview said something about Nora finding out that Isaac wasn't the man she thought or hoped. I sure didn't see anything of the sort. Sure, he's a workaholic, but she knew that already. She didn't seem disillusioned in the slightest. Maybe that was tweaked because of the writers' strike? I hope that's not an indication that Danny Glover isn't there for the long haul. I really like him.

I read some interesting speculation about this. I think that if the strike hadn't ended, Nora would've been disillusioned with Isaac allowing them to easily end the relationship if Danny Glover wasn't available by the time it was over. But, since it ended with time to do a few more episodes this season, she's not disillusioned with him (at least not yet.). I imagine she will find out about him outting Jason, and that may be a problem for her.

I really hope they don't de-Walker Rebecca. That would negate so much of what we've watched over the last season and a half. It would be really stupid imo.
