LOL- It took some digging to find this thread!!

Yea, the Walkers are back!! I thought this was a strong episode, very enjoyable. It didn't feel like they were trying to squeeze too many stories into an hour.

Plus, there was a theme- to tell the truth or not. It fit into all the stories--Robert telling Kitty he doesn't want kids now (and even the Iraq story fit into this- just be honest about it all), Kevin telling Scotty Jason's returning and they're having lunch, Justin admitting he's still sleeping with Lena, and Tommy/Julia's affairs coming out.

Also, I really liked how they used Robert's policial opponent's lie to fuel a fun and realistic debate about whether or not to tell the truth, which then led to all the truths being outted. Well done.

I don't really get why Justin kept sleeping with Lena. I would've thought the fact she slept with his brother, not to mention his MARRIED brother, would be an issue for him, but it wasn't. It did make for an entertaining secret to get outted though.

I'll give Lena this much: I think it really did bother her that she was sneaking around with another man.

They didn't give Nora much time to react to Tommy's big secret, but I did like her volunteering to hit him for Julia. lol I don't like that Julia cheated as well though; I think it was totally unneccessary and just a way to mitigate what Tommy did.

I'm glad Kitty and Robert are talking about the baby issue. I thought it was handled well. One thing I like about how the writers write them is they don't have either one of them flying off the handle about their relationship when they have a disagreement. It may take a bit, but they eventually talk about the issue rationally. I liked Robert's point about how he's having a hard enough time parenting his own kids and Kitty's that there isn't loads of time. They'll work through it because they do really love and respect each other.

I also liked seeing some of Robert's vulnerbilities- nervous about speaking at the meeting, afraid to tell Kitty the truth.

One of my fave parts was Robert telling Kitty Isaac is in Iowa-and therefore did not sleep with her mother. Classic.

I totally enjoyed watching all the secrets get outted in the kitchen: Jason's coming home and Scotty doesn't know, Robert doesn't want kids now, Tommy slept with Lena, Justin is still sleeping with Lena. Totally fun and typical Walker. I did think it was interesting how mad Kitty got about Tommy cheating on Julia.

Sarah and Graham were written MUCH better this week. They could be fun to watch.

Loved Kevin forcing Tommy and Justin to tow the line and attempt to get along. Kevin and Sarah trying to figure out if the other knew about the affair was so funny.

Sarah was so cute realizing Nora has a crush on Isaac.
I really like Nora/Isaac. I loved it when she was rattling on about the dog, awkwardly trying to fill the silence. That was pretty realistic. He gave her good advice after the Tommy secret was outted.

It was nice to see Kev learn something from the dinner disaster and call Scotty.

All in all, a great episode imo. I've missed the Walkers.
