It's just a small recurring role he is a (kind of pain in the butt ) LOL crime reporter covering some of the murders being investigated in LA. It's not a big role but it's good to see him on a semi-regular basis. The producer of the show who is planning a spinoff has also said he would probably use Stephen's character in the spinoff of The Closer as well. I beleive he starts working on a movie soon being put out by a production compnay he is partnered in.
